In the morning depart from your hotel with your personal driver to reach Pompeii, a UNESCO heritage site and the most visited roman site after the Colosseum in Rome. Meet your tour guide on site and start exploring Pompeii, a city that was preserved in lava through the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 AC.  Learn about Pompeii's history and marvel at the Roman architecture, by buildings such as shops, squares, brothels and even entire human body's preserved by lava. After you learned everything there is to know about Pompeii, head to your next stop: Herculaneum.  According to legend, this city was founded by Hercules himself. Herculaneum is a bit smaller than Pompeii, but certainly not less interesting. Here you will also enjoy a guided tour. Afterwards on your way back, stop at a local workshop to see how genuine Cameos are made. Then return back to your accommodation.
